You can book a room in the White Hotel & Hostel yourself through the on-line booking form on the
website and through the managers of our hotel by number +(996) 500-605-065. You can also send a
request by mail whitehotelandhostel@gmail.com.
When booking on the website, payment is made through the PayBox. If you require a receipt for
payment through the Bank, please contact the reservation Department.
Cancellation policy:
- You can cancel your order by e-mail whitehotelandhostel@gmail.com or by phone +(996) 500-
605-065. The Manager of the reservation Department will send You in a reply letter a list of
necessary documents for registration of the return to Your current account (refund is possible
only by Bank transfer and only to those details from which the payment was debited); - If you cancel your reservation more than 7 calendar days before the expected date of arrival,
the prepayment will be returned to the details provided by You in 100 % of the amount (minus
the Bank Commission). - If you cancel your reservation less than 7 calendar days before the expected date of arrival, but
more than 3 calendar days, the prepayment will be refunded to the details provided by You in
the amount of 50 % (minus the Bank Commission). - In case of cancellation less than 3 calendar days in advance, the prepayment is not refundable.
